Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 September 2026
These terms govern the service provided by Damian Zozman, trading as Save Model ("Save Model", "we") to business clients ("you"). They apply once we confirm an order. They complement, and do not replace, the individual quote we agree with you.
1. The service
Save Model produces on-model product photography using AI-generated models wearing your real garments and accessories. Deliverables, volume, styles and timelines are set out in the quote for each project.
2. Quotes and orders
A quote is valid for the period stated in it. An order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing (email is enough) and we acknowledge it. You are responsible for providing usable source material (clean packshots or a well-lit flat lay) and an approved brief before production starts.
3. Style preview
Before any payment, and at no cost to you, we prepare a style preview: a small set of images of a few of your products on a cast model, together with a mockup of how it would sit on your product page. The preview is provided for evaluation only. It is delivered at screen resolution and marked, and no licence to publish or otherwise use it commercially is granted. You confirm that you hold the rights to the product material you send us or point us to, and that we may use it to prepare the preview. We may decline to prepare a preview, and neither side is committed to a project at this stage.
4. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, no payment is due until you have approved the style preview. Payment is split in two: 50% once you have approved the style, which starts production of the full run, and the remaining 50% on full delivery, once you have seen and approved the delivered packs. Where a large volume is delivered in batches, the remaining 50% is due after the last batch. Ongoing partnerships are invoiced monthly. Invoices are issued in EUR and are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
5. Revisions and approval
We agree the look with you up front and show it to you in the style preview, before anything is invoiced. Once production starts, work is delivered in batches and every batch includes a revision round, refined against your product until it is on-brand. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
6. Ownership and usage rights
On full payment, you receive the right to use the delivered images for your commercial e-commerce and marketing purposes. Your garments, brand and product material remain yours. We may show non-confidential results in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing. The style preview is never licensed for use; rights pass only to the images delivered under a paid project, on full payment.
7. AI transparency — your responsibility
Every delivery includes a ready-to-publish AI disclosure line in English, and in the language of your store on request, in line with Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act). As the party publishing the images, you are responsible for keeping that disclosure in place when you use them — adding the supplied line to the relevant product pages. We provide the means to comply; the act of publishing with disclosure is on your side.
8. Confidentiality
We treat unreleased products, briefs and business information you share as confidential and use them only to deliver your project.
9. Liability
We deliver the service with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for how images are used after delivery, including a failure to keep the AI disclosure in place.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law and the applicable law of the European Union. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Piaseczno, Poland, unless mandatory consumer or other rules provide otherwise.
